Dr. Kirsten Stevens is an academic who has previously worked alongside state police for a federal department, conducting research regarding drug crime and related criminal behaviours to aid intelligence and national security efforts. She has a PhD in social policy and human behaviour and specialises in analysing behaviours in their social contexts.

Budhy Tanddo is currently the Commander for Detention Operations for the Australian Border Force (ABF) with responsibility for the management of the Immigration Detention Network. Budhy has wide-ranging involvement in international capacity building, undertaking long term deployments to Indonesia and the Solomon Islands providing a range of training, mentoring and project management activities.

Dr Diana Tolmie is Senior Lecturer of Professional Practice at the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University, D’Addario International Artist, and Chair of the Juror Council for the Australian Women in Music Awards.

Hayley Van Loon, CEO and founder of Magnolia Intelligence, also serves as Deputy CEO at Crime Stoppers International. With nearly two decades of experience spanning Australia, the USA, and global arenas, she has held diverse roles ranging from the Australian government to leadership positions in private intelligence firms.

Professsor Matthew Warren is the Director of the RMIT Univeristy Centre of Cyber Security Research and Innovation (CCSRI) and a Professor of Cyber Security at RMIT University, Australia. he is the co-director of the Australian-Lithuanian Cyber Research network.

Scott is Managing Director and CTO at Accenture Security, responsible for developing innovative technologies, tools and solutions to be deployed globally AND leading significant operations through Asia Pacific and Middle East. He is a former investment banker and technology entrepreneur, helping define sovereign policies and founding companies across Australia, UK and USA.

Don Williams holds qualifications in Security Management, Security Risk Management as well as Project and Resource Management. He is a Certified Protection Professional and a member of ASIS-International, the Institute of Explosive Engineers, the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators (Distinguished Life Member), and the International Association of Protective Structures.

Zhi Yong joined the Police Intelligence Department, Singapore Police Force as an analyst after obtaining a First Class Honours in Social Sciences (Sociology) from the National University of Singapore in 2015. Having spoken at numerous local and international law enforcement-related forums that delve into cybercrime, one of his key research interests lies in studying the impact of technological developments on the criminal landscape.
