Fady Mansour is criminal and regulatory counsel, who specializes in advising and representing individuals and corporations. He has particular expertise in the areas of judicial authorizations – search warrants, digital production orders and interception warrants – and offences related to intimate media and online exploitation.
In addition to his litigation work, he is often called upon to provide legal guidance for entities seeking regulatory clarity in areas of potential criminal law risk.
Fady is an adjunct law professor, teaching The Law of Evidence and Advanced Criminal Evidence at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law.
