Todd Harland is the CEO of consulting firm, AML Solutions International which, for the past 10 years has provided specialty compliance, advisory and training services to Australian businesses and technical assistance and training to law enforcement and intelligence agencies in developing nations throughout Africa and the Middle East.
Todd’s career in the AML/CTF world, started with his time at AUSTRAC as the Manager for Tactical Intelligence for Qld, SA, WA & ACT. He was previously a Sergeant of police with the Queensland Police for 15 years. With the advent of COVID 19, Todd commenced work with Heritage Bank and in 2022 commenced with the Star Entertainment Group. Up until this year, Todd was on the Board of the Australasian Chapter of ACAMS and co-chair of the Environmental Crimes Task Force. He is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
